Refills depend on the initial count to the final count and are subject to certain conditions. The time for a refill can vary, ranging from a minimum of 1 minute to as long as 24-72 hours. Please do not request refills for large accounts; for instance, if you have 200,000 followers and order 2,000 followers, you will not receive a refill. This is because of Old drops that usually occurs. You should place an order for at least 10-20% of your total followers. For example, for an account with 1,000 followers, the minimum order should be 200 to qualify for a refill. Or for an account with 100,000 followers, the minimum order should be 10,000 to qualify for a refill. This rule applies to all services.

Drip Feed is a service that we are offering so you would be able to put the same order multiple times automatically. Example: let's say you want to get 1000 likes on your Instagram Post but you want to get 100 likes each 30 minutes, you will put Link: Your Post Link Quantity: 100 Runs: 10 (as you want to run this order 10 times, if you want to get 2000 likes, you will run it 20 times, etc…) Interval: 30 (because you want to get 100 likes on your post each 30 minutes, if you want each hour, you will put 60 because the time is in minutes) P.S: Never order more quantity than the maximum which is written on the service name (Quantity x Runs), Example if the service's max is 4000, you don’t put Quantity: 500 and Run: 10, because total quantity will be 500x10 = 5000 which is bigger than the service max (4000). Also never put the Interval below the actual start time (some services need 60 minutes to start, don’t put Interval less than the service start time or it will cause a fail in your order).

If you want to cancel one order you can click cancel button. In most of the service there are no cancel butt, so better ask for cancellation. If you are ordering from another panel for same link without getting confirmation from support team then you wont get any refund. So before you make any move please let us know first. Cancellation may take time sometimes 6-24hrs. Even if you order for refill service from us, as its not possible to understand from where you lost the followers/likes/views.

You will definitely receive a refund for incorrect links. The cancellation time depends on the service you are requesting. Please do not place another order before receiving our confirmation. For certain services, it may take longer. Rest assured, your funds are safe for wrong links. Claims like placing an order here and saying you received the service from other panels are not accepted here.

Partial Status is when we partially refund the remains of an order. Sometimes for some reasons we are unable to deliver a full order, so we refund you the remaining undelivered amount. Example: You bought an order with quantity 10 000 and charges 10$, let's say we delivered 9 000 and the remaining 1 000 we couldn't deliver, then we will "Partial" the order and refund you the remaining 1 000 (1$ in this example).

No, don't order the same link for many services or panels at once. Your orders are processed using software that simulates activity. This software checks the starting count and monitors social media public APIs to see when the desired count is reached. Once the target count is reached, the software stops and marks the order as complete. It's best NOT To order multiple services on same link simultaneously or similar services on the same link simultaneously because we cannot offer refunds in such situations.
