Welcome to SMMRUG. To ensure a secure, fair, and efficient environment for all clients, we have established the following terms of service. By placing an order or depositing funds, you automatically accept these terms whether you have read them or not.

Terms & Guidelines

1. Refund & Cancellation Policy

A. Order Refunds

We guarantee refunds on specific order failures under the following conditions:

Unfulfilled Completed Orders: If an order is marked "Completed" but was not delivered, you are eligible for a full refund to your SMMRUG account balance.
Stalled Orders: Orders that have not started within 5 days of placement are eligible for a full refund to your account balance.
Partial Refunds: For refill services, partial refunds are processed according to the specific service's refill conditions.

B. Balance Withdrawal & Monetary Refunds (Important)

We maintain a strict policy regarding the withdrawal of funds from your SMMRUG balance back to your bank account or crypto wallet:

Eligibility Threshold: Users are only qualified to request a refund to their bank account or crypto wallet if their remaining balance exceeds ₦100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Naira) or its equivalent in USD.

Refund Amount: If eligible, you will receive 97% of your requested balance. The remaining 3% is deducted to cover payment gateway charges and administrative processing fees.

Processing Timeline: Balance withdrawal requests are processed between 10 working days to 1 month from the date of the approved request.

Balances Under ₦100,000: If your account balance is below ₦100,000 (or dollar equivalent), you do not qualify for a monetary refund. This balance is non-refundable and must be utilized to purchase services on the website.

C. Disputes & Chargebacks

You agree that once you complete a payment, you will not file a dispute or chargeback against us for any reason. If you file a dispute or chargeback after a deposit, we reserve the right to:

Immediately terminate your account.
Cancel all future orders.
Permanently ban your IP address from our site.
Remove any followers, likes, or views previously delivered to your or your clients' social media accounts.

2. Order Fulfillment & Usage

Concurrent Orders (Multiple Servers)

Strict Warning: Do not place multiple orders for the same link at the same time using different services. For example, do not buy "Instagram Likes" for the same post from two different servers simultaneously.

If you do this, the system may mark both as completed while only delivering one set. We cannot issue refunds for these orders as it creates a system conflict.

Service Delivery & Speed

Most services initiate instantly. However, depending on server load and API updates, some services may take 24-48 hours to commence. If your service is delayed, please contact support. We are online 18 hours a day to assist you.

Private Accounts

Ensure the social media account is set to Public before placing an order. We cannot refund orders placed for Private accounts or misplaced links.

3. Privacy Policy & Data Protection

At SMMRUG, we take your privacy seriously. This policy outlines how we handle your personal and business data.

Data Collection

To process your orders effectively, we collect the following limited information:

Account Info: Email Address.
Technical Info: IP Address (for fraud detection and security).
Order Info: URLs and Links provided for social media engagement.

Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

We operate with a strict confidentiality agreement:

No Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties.
Reseller Protection: If you are a reseller, we respect your business privacy. We will never contact your clients or the owners of the social media accounts you submit to us. Your client relationships are safe.

Security Measures

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Our website is scanned regularly for security holes and known vulnerabilities to make your visit as safe as possible. All sensitive information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

4. Governing Law & Fraud

Anti-Fraud Policy

The use of unauthorized, stolen, or fraudulent credit cards/payment methods will result in immediate account termination. We report all fraudulent activities to relevant financial authorities and law enforcement.

Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any legal actions shall be settled in the competent courts of Nigeria.
